  This is the CD I sold during the summer of 2009 as i busked around europe. Each disc is wrapped in Hand cut brown wax paper and then sheathed in handcut and printed packaging paper which i had to iron sheet by sheet to enable the printing! the vibe i wanted to invoke with the design was that of opening and savoring a bar of chocolate.
  
  The Music is a collection of the best live improvisations i was lucky enough to have pressed the record button for, hence the name,"Recursive Artifacts". the disc design is hand drawn by San Francisco artist Arthell Isom and the disc itself is dual format. The CD-Rom section includes
  liner notes,
  links to everything "onyx ashanti"on the internet,
  and an article i wrote that explains the entire concept of beatjazz for the first time.
  
  this project was a LOT of work to produce and reproduce and i am very proud of the results. ... more
